To formalize your visit and reserve the space in our agenda, we request an initial payment of 100 USD, which is fully refundable to the total cost of your treatment. We will provide you with a secure payment link via WhatsApp so you can use your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx).
We will also ask you for a copy of your flight itinerary to coordinate your schedule. The payment plan for the treatment is as follows: 50% at your first appointment and the remaining 50% at your last appointment. We accept cash payments (Colombian pesos or US dollars) and credit cards.
It is not necessary. Our clinic has an allied radiology center nearby that is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic technology. There we will perform all the X-rays and CT scans that our specialists require to ensure an accurate diagnosis and plan your treatment to perfection.
Your overall health is most important. It is imperative that during your initial consultation you inform us in detail about your complete medical history, any pre-existing conditions (such as diabetes, hypertension, etc.), relevant family history and the list of medications you are currently taking. This will allow us to ensure that your dental treatment is safe and effective.
Before the treatment: We ask you to maintain an excellent oral hygiene, using dental floss and, if possible, an oral irrigator (Waterpik).
After the treatment: You will receive a detailed guide with all the specific recommendations for your case. In procedures such as dental implant placement, it is crucial to avoid smoking to ensure proper healing and implant success.
